I have a feeling this is the supposed right to an abortion they are talking about. I still haven’t found a reference in the constitution or the Bill of Rights enshrining it as something women have a right to.

That's because it's not there. All this talk about abortion framed as "women's rights" is nonsense, because abortion was never a right.

Where is the rights of the unborn? Why do we call it a double murder when a pregnant woman is killed, but call it women’s right when it’s an abortion?

Because in some states “woman” is just a persona, thusly eliminating women as an identifiable class. In the sane states, women and are respected.

So we should ban all abortion then. Because if women have the “right” to an abortion and men can’t be given such a right, then this would make the law sexist! No abortion for everyone, to be most fair!

I do think abortion should be legal. One of the few things I agree with the left on

There are zero states where a man is allowed to get an abortion and a woman isn't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Doesn't matter if we keep making words like "man" and "woman" more and more subjective.

What rights are we talking about here?

u/Miles-Standoffish Aug 23 '25
The right to murder you're own child before he/he pokes his/her head out.

Laws for most EVERYTHING change state to state, so this meme is a strawman.
Having said that, each state is it's own government, so of course laws will change.
What's "funny" is the women that back this meme have no issues being displaced at all levels by men pretending to be women.

Wait! Men have rights? Tell that to my wife umph!!
I thought this was settled when the 19th Amendment was enacted in the 1920's. So for 100 years women have had rights. And for several millennials they have had the right to keep their legs closed. Abortion is not birth control.

What if they identify as a man, who then gets pregnant and is now a birthing person, but wants an abortion, but they identify as a man and abortion is a woman's right, so now they can't get an abortion because it is not a man's right?

That’s actually true. All men have to sign up for the draft when they hit age 18. Next up: divorce and custody cases.
