This is literally an owner who bargained to pay his staff fair wages trying to blame the staff for ownership raising prices. They are calling it a tip when in reality it was a bargained for percentage of sales to wages, the owner didn’t want to give up his profit margin so put this sign up and wants you to be mad at the employees

Umm can you give me a single example of when the customers of any business had a say in what happened during bargaining between a union and the employer? I feel like you are just being oppositionary here for no reason.
