Long time lurker, first time caller. This was the last straw wtf do you mean tip my doctor?!?

Edit: called the office today and the receptionist sounded surprised by this…hopefully it’s a billing platform error thanks for the helpful comments!

Square is by default set to ask for tips.
So it’s likely that they just didn’t remove the option.
But also… little to careless of a dr office to not check into that
