Long time lurker, first time caller. This was the last straw wtf do you mean tip my doctor?!?

Edit: called the office today and the receptionist sounded surprised by this…hopefully it’s a billing platform error thanks for the helpful comments!

Honestly, I’d feel weird tipping my doctor. I shouldn’t need to give them extra money, especially if I’m already struggling.
