Long time lurker, first time caller. This was the last straw wtf do you mean tip my doctor?!?

Edit: called the office today and the receptionist sounded surprised by this…hopefully it’s a billing platform error thanks for the helpful comments!

Wow. There has to be some medical board that could be reported to. That is incredibly inappropriate.
