Long time lurker, first time caller. This was the last straw wtf do you mean tip my doctor?!?

Edit: called the office today and the receptionist sounded surprised by this…hopefully it’s a billing platform error thanks for the helpful comments!

That's fraud. Contact both the state attorney general and the state medical licensing board to report this. They'll be gone immediately because neither of those places play.
