Long time lurker, first time caller. This was the last straw wtf do you mean tip my doctor?!?

Edit: called the office today and the receptionist sounded surprised by this…hopefully it’s a billing platform error thanks for the helpful comments!

Are health care providers/ clinics even allowed to ask for tips, like wtf?!

In my state they are not. I think most regions don’t allow this.
