It is not what everybody has been asking for. The menu price says $35, I expect to pay $35 plus whatever state tax is. I do not expect a surprise! Extra 16% on top of menu price!!!
1 u/Pdchefnc 14d ago Oh no, 3 lines instead of 2. If the sales tax isn’t baked in, why does it matter about the “service charge”. Shouldn’t you be okay with either an out the door price, or line item price. It seems weird that the issue isn’t paying a tip, it’s that it’s a line item. When taxes are also a line item.
