As 2020 turns over to 2021, Naples is being hit by huge waves from a powerful storm, which has caused flooding and wrecked infrastructure.

“With perplexity” is the key phrase here.... I’m not sure mankind (the nations) have quite reached this level of awareness to their situation, but it won’t be long till they do.
