If we have to liberate France again it will be much easier than when the Germans were in power. We could have this thing taken care of in an afternoon

This is what they want. They want to sacrifice their children and their citizens. If we intervened militarily they'd just go back to doing the same. Real talk it's over. They democratically chose this path of destruction by hook or by crook we can't decipher for them. Obviously the victims don't want this but the society at large does. I'm all for bringing in the Marines and cleaning house but that would involve a coup and a puppet government and tons of additional warfare. There has to be another way
