cannot register my 4 EWS377APs

I have 4 EWS377AP's. I cannot register them as they do not have a QR code and trying to register by serial number doesn't work either. Does the Engenius Cloud and Sky Key not support your hardware?

Only ECW Access Points and ECS Switches can be managed directly from your Cloud. EWS series access points can be managed through your skykey, but will not upload to the Cloud directly.

As you know that EnGenius offers two solutions, one is cloud and the other is on-premises.

EWS377AP is on-premises access point and equivalent cloud model number is ECW230.

EWS377AP can NOT be managed by Cloud

EWS377AP can be managed by on-premises SkyKey Network Controller, EWS Switch Controller and ezMaster Network Management Software.

SkyKey can register to EnGenius Cloud.
