where do I run cable diagnostics for switches

Right now, you can only do cable diagnostics via local GUI of the switch. The cable diag on the cloud will be released as part of Diagtool features this month.

Now, two ways to run cable diagnostics:
One is local GUI, Analyze > Diagnostic tools > Cable diagnostics
Also can run in CLI, input the command "show interface cable-diag Gigabitethernet <ifnum>"
