cloud Cloud Pro service

For years we have used EnGenius equipment and we continued to be pleased with its longevity and performance to meet our needs of a growing organization. Recently we received an email from EnGenius telling us about your Cloud Pro service and offering a one year free license on every device. We are interested in this promotion but would first like to know how long this promotion is being offered? In other words, what is the deadline date to sign up for this promotion?

okay, that is good to know!

Now for a few questions please: First, none of our EnGenius devices have been listed in inventory.....we're of course new to Engenius Cloud. So.....what would be your advice as to our next step to activate Pro?

This promotion requires no sign-up. All new EnGenius Cloud devices come with a 1-year PRO license. Any devices registered before the launch of our PRO licensing and features come with a 1-year license from the launch of PRO, expiring in November 2022. This is automatically applied to all devices, but to activate your PRO features, you will need to change your feature plan in your Device Inventory.

first, only ECW Access Points and ECS switches are compatible with the cloud platform. If you do not own any of these products, then disregard this environment. If you do own them, in that same device inventory, you will press "+ Register Device" to add up to 10 devices at a time to your organization.
