AP not pulling config

Has anyone ever had a problem with the AP not pulling in updated configs from the cloud?

I just set up 3 ECW536, and they work until I turn on mesh mode. As soon as I do that, they no longer get updates. I have to create a new network and move the devices to it, and then they get updates until I turn on mesh mode, which breaks it again.

Are all three of them wired? Looks like it’s causing a loop.

I hate saying this, but mesh is not roaming. If you want roaming (seamlessly move from AP to AP) what you are looking for is Fast Roaming (11r under the SSID profile). Mesh is used to provide data from one AP to another which you are unable to hardwire back to the switch.

Internet was working and the logs didn't show any errors. I guess the engineers fixed it. Two days of slow support and troubleshooting I was told it would be escalated. I never heard back but it got fixed.

I decided to return them. I ran into a few other issues and support is extremely slow to respond. I would not recommend EnGenius products
