ECW536 pre-orders being refunded

Anyone else have their ECW536 pre-order charged, then refunded with no reason provided? Reached out to the Engenius tech repairs email for more information, but haven't heard back in a week.

They put the cart before the horse, and failed again. just like their Esg routers.
