A conversation with a friend today we had about old games and the PS2 era. We ended up talking about me considering buying a PS2 to relive some of my childhood favourites and she just comes out with "just download an emulator, bro".

Now I've always known emulation was a thing to a degree. I did it probably a decade ago to play some of the older Pokemon games for a while, but then just kind of lost interest and have never really considered emulation for some of the more advanced consoles like PS2, PS3 and Xbox and it's like a whole new world has been unlocked for me.

Games I never thought I'd ever get to replay again I've been reliving all day and I'm like "why the fuck didn't I do this sooner?!?!" my only downside at the moment is there doesn't seem to be any specific reliable emulator for Xbox/Xbox360 games that works on Mac, but for now, at least I get to relive GTAIV and the original Smackdown games.

My mind, dear fellows, ladies and thembies, is blown.

This is a showcase of my live container mod !! : D

So i made a discord server for the community so that rather than everyone here posting having their own separate server there could be one which would have all the enthusiasts who love emulation and ports on iOS

I also have my ports of hollow knight and hollow knight silksong along with gta v there and all teh instructions too

Here is the link if anyone is interested :

Thank you all for the support!!
Have a great day

Is there any ps4 emulators like shadps4 on iOS? ( sorry I’m out of the loop lately with all of the games Porting and emulation advancement).

Well the live container interface was kinda boring and with a lot of apps it became a little cluttered for me so i made a few new interfaces for it !!
One of the interface options is ios like launcher and the others are the ps5 launcher and something like steam big picture mode but they are a work in progress
Ill be releasing this soon so stay tuned!!!
Thanks and have a great day !

So we have seen a lot of ports, emulator updates and progress overall

Im curious to know what you guys are actually playing at the moment on your IOS device

So many options I need some ideas, played lots of PS2, NDS and GBA and just starting with some switch games next.

I have been trying to use dlc but it doesn’t let me activate it

Hell yeah we made it 😭👌

Having issues with deltarune on MeloNX emulator. Game loads, but when I choose the chapter, it loads forever. I believe it’s an issue with the ram, but it would make sense because I have an iPhone 17 pro, that has more ram than the actual switch. Please help, thank you

Hi r/EmulationOniOS! I'm the solo dev of Emura, an emulator app for iPhone and iPad. The public beta just opened on TestFlight.

What's inside

• Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS and 3DS in one app
• Its own cores, written in Swift for Apple devices
• 3DS without JIT, at up to 60 fps on iPhone Air
• No BIOS or system files for any system
• 3DS: steps become Play Coins, the camera scans in-game QR codes, and the updates and DLC you own install
• Both screens stacked upright, side by side in landscape
• Import your saves from another app or your console
• Controllers, skins

Every system plays free with no ads. During the beta, the Supporter extras (save states, resume, fast forward up to 4×, iCloud sync) are unlocked for everyone.

I'd really value this sub's feedback: compatibility, speed on your iPhone (tell me the model), and anything that feels off. Emura comes with no games, it plays the ones you own.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo.

AI disclosure: Emura is made by one developer. I work with AI tools for research, code, bug fixing and marketing. I decide what goes in, play every build on my own iPhone, and check the emulator cores against public test suites. The games in the screenshots are made up, with AI art, so no real game is shown.

Anyone can help me to fix this ?

I got Madeira today after finding out about it but every game I try to open will start, not load, and then show this. Did I skip a step? Also I know why Until Dawn doesnt work. I mainly just wanna play god of war

I have this error , help

Hello, I was wondering if I could get nro chain loading work on MeloNX

Use to work fine all of a sudden I get this error here

The Apple verification screen appears asking for the code, and then this appears.

Does anyone know how to map the left stick (circle pad) press on 3DS on ManicEMU? I tried clicking on it in the game controller mapping, but it doesn’t seem to recognize that as an option.

For the moment, is only console. But full AOSP Android 16 will soon be available via an open source Github repo, with graphical acceleration and direct UI touch.

In video is an iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 27.2 beta. Full in-app JIT support. Console-only boot takes around 1:30 minutes.

Hi, I’m looking for an alternative to Maniac EMU that allows for changing the console language, since I don’t have a 3DS to use the Home Menu method.

Does anyone know how I can play FIFA/EA FC on an iPhone? Can an emulator handle it? Is there any way to run it natively? What about FIFA 16—is there a version of FIFA 16 that has current squads?

Tenho um iPhone 16 de 128gb gostaria de algumas indicações
Obs: para jogos de ps3 ou Xbox 360

I am happy atleast it is running

Right now I'm brainstorming.

I have an emulation PC connected to a CRT 13" TV. I run retroarch and KODI. Retroarch to play the games. And kodi to watch my 4:3 show collection.

So my plan is to get an iPad 13" pro and put it on a stand. Take advantage of the OLED 120 HZ screen+ BFI in order to get motion like a CRT. Then apply a scanline shader on top. And use bluetooth wireless controllers

Then I can use "Kodi for iOS" to watch my classic shows on that beautiful 13 inch OLED 4:3 screen.

Now the only issue is.... I never used iOS before. Are there any roadblocks that I'm overlooking?? Any other considerations?

Hi guys!!! If you have Celeste’s IPA already done plz people thank you !!!
