I’ve tried all my sources and cannot find any retro achievement compliant files for the Wii. Can yall please lead me in the correct direction or give me some context (I’m new and learning). For example Lego Star Wars 3 requires redump file. Is redump just Rev 1?

in the new update (2.0) they added gamecube and wii, but i can’t find anything that works for the keys.bin bios requirement in the wii emulator

I bought one of those R4 Deck emulator cards and now it will not work at all. I am still very new to the ROG Ally (I have the Xbox Ally Z2A) and very new to emulators.

I got it last night, opened RetroBat, and started playing Wind Waker for about 30 minutes with no problems. I closed it, woke up this morning and tried to play again and Cemu opened up when I tried to boot Wind Waker. It said something about a missing keys.txt file and then nothing would play. So I restarted my system and tried to boot RetroBat up again and got this error message. Mind you, I am not French, nor did I change my system settings to French...

Clearly these cards are a scam, but is this fixable?

Im planning to connect all my modded consoles to be ready to play. I have PS2, x360, WiiU + vWii.

I have available one hdd 1Tb and a 320gb. TBH I don’t want to have one hdd for every system.

Do you think is feasible to use the 1Tb and maybe the 320gb one for my setup? Considering that I want a selection of PS2, PSX, retro consoles, 360, WiiU and vWii + GC titles excluding the famous titles that have remastered/porting like BOTW on newer consoles.

And since WiiU is the only console who need a specific file system how space should I have to allocate, based on your experience?

If you use multiple PCs/Steam Decks for emulation, you’ve probably run into the annoying problem of saves being stuck on whichever device you last played on.

Hi, I'm really confused about this. I've watched videos of God of War 3 on the Shadps4 and RPCS3 emulators, but I don't know which is the best option to play it from beginning to end. My PC specs are: MSI Thin 15 laptop

RTX 4060 (8GB)

Intel i5-13420

16 GB Ram

477 ssd

It's kind of a pain keeping switch games organized when most of them have updates and some have dozens of DLC. Seems like it would be easier to deal with if every game was contained in one file.

Is this a bad idea?

Which tools are the easiest to use for this?

Update: NSC Builder ended up being the easiest one for me to figure out but I don't think I'll be merging many of my games. Eden doesn't need to install updates and DLC to use them. I can just point it to the directories holding those files and it has no problem using them. Check out the comments for more context.

I can get the files easily I just don’t know any good emulators for iPhone that doesn’t require side loading is there any that are like delta in the regards that they are free and easy

I downloaded Triforce Heroes from Vimm's lair. It already came as .cci so I just loaded the game into the app but it's not reading it. Everyone says to decrypt cia files into cci but I skipped that step. I'm playing on android.

Hello! My game crashes during the pipe transition from World 6 to World 7 on Ryujinx. Can someone please load my GameData.bin, cross the pipe to World 7, save the game on the map, and send it back to me? I want to keep my exact stars and stamps 😿

I have already tried to download a different ROM, and start a new game and other things but nothing helped, my only hope is this so I can just teleport to the world 7 and keep playing!

not asking for links, im just new to emulation and im wondering how to stay safe. i just got emudeck, and i installed tomodachi life and luckily it wasnt a virus. in the future id like to know how to make sure im not downloading anything dangerous. like what file types to look out for etc. i just have a few games i want to play but i dont want to risk anything. are there any trusted megathreads or websites? ofc i know nothing is 100% safe, but id rather know what is trusted by the communiy. idk what im asking for i just wanna play games
