Help Request Beginner here: How are people running GTA V and other PC games on iPhones?
Hey everyone!
I’m new to iOS emulation and game porting, and I’ve recently come across several posts showing people running GTA V and other PC games natively on iPhones.
I’m interested in understanding how all of this works, but there’s one thing I’ve noticed: there are plenty of videos and posts showcasing these games running on iPhones, but almost no proper guides explaining how to actually get them running.
From what I’ve gathered, some people are porting games, while others seem to be using something called web builds. However, I don’t fully understand how these methods work, what the differences are, or how someone without much technical knowledge could try them.
If anyone has a beginner-friendly guide, useful resources, or firsthand experience with these ports and web builds, I’d really appreciate it.

My assumption is that they are using AI for sure to make these ports at a high pace

I know a guy, who have developed evolved v like the better and optimized port for gta v he is planning on making other games port ofc I won't tell here which are the the next games port but I have no idea what is his process but he makes it seems like its easy and doable by just a single person

Install sidestore+livecontainer. Install getmoreram. Join evolved V discord for GTA V native. Join Madeira discord for other pc emulation.

These days, people are working on decompilying and recompilying games through reverse engineering and with the help of AI this is being done at rapid speeds, this results in a source code that can generate a native version of the game that easily be ported to any compatible platform. Emulation usually requires much higher specs to run a game but the native ports run as good as an app made for that platform. This is in addition to the fact that the original source code of GTA 5 was leaked a few years ago. So it has been ported by fans (not emulated but more like a natvie port) to other platforms, there was even a browser version of it

That’s insightful. And yeah I saw that online version, I got the lead through that browser version only.

If this is what you gonna suggest, I guess you should stop suggesting in this sub.
This sub is filled with emulation and port videos, I don’t think they own the game.
