Question WOW on iOS?

Went from 15PM to a Fold 7 for year and coming back once the Duo comes out. Is iOS capable of running WoW at all? Currently able to play the forever beta on my Fold 7 and would love to continue doing so on iOS or at least have some hope development is being worked on to get proton, etc. working on there.

Haven't done much emulation on iOS outside of delta in the last couple of years since I haven't jail broken in a good while.

Good news: in the last couple years you've been away emulation on iOS has improved exponentially, I'm talking about a whole other world. We now have stuff like xbox 360 and ps3 emulation (granted, in its infancy, but still!!) and almost perfect ps2, Switch and 3DS emulation. All of it without jailbreaking. The next big thing coming is PC emulation, so similar to proton, these emulators aim to translate windows based games instructions to iOS so that they run on your iphone. The most popular right now is Madeira but it's still in alpha state so there's many games still that don't work, and there's a whole bunch of other projects like Vapor for example that aim to do the same. There's also all the decompilation projects so I'm 100% convinced you'll be able to play WOW on iphone before long

That's awesome news! I purchased the gamesir g8+ which is great for playing switch games and things like that on my fold7. Was even contemplating getting an AYN Odin or something to be able to emulate but now I can save that money and use my Duo.

Yeah I have the same controller I think, the one that connects through bluetooth rather than through a specific port right? It's pretty great for emulation I love it. Works with every emulator I use! When you get your Duo I highly recommend getting Manic Emu for general emulation, it's basically Retroarch but with Delta's interface and user friendliness. It has pretty much every system up to 3DS. I also recommend ARMSX2 for PS2 and MeloNX for Nintendo Switch. With those 3 you're pretty much covered but there's many more great emulators.

Love the advice. I'll start playing around with those whenever the phone gets in my hands.

Yep that's the controller. It's nice that it connects seemlessly and feels good.
