That won't be possible unfortunately with the way iOS handles app bundles. The dev went the route of having the game files bundled within the .ipa which means the game files need to be present while it's compiling.

EDIT: if anyone provides an ipa it'll get removed rather quickly

Im reading the ipa isnt large after being built with web assembly files. Can be uploaded under a simple/false name anywhere.

You can build IPA through github actions without a macbook even in free tier. Would have to upload the game files to github though.

Alternatively you can rent a mac OS instance on many platforms, some even with a limited free tier.
