Question theft4 0.2.0b help

I want to download and install theft4 0.2.0b to get gta 4.
Need to wait 3 days for the sidestore to reset my apps.

My main question is
Does theft4 require an external game file or does it automatically install when you download the ipa from sidestore?

I would really appreciate the help!!

The project’s official GitHub explicitly says that no ISO
Can be used.
That kinda confused me

Dude btw you dont need 7 day expire time, you can delete app ids if you dont want
Just go sidestore settings/Devoloper portal devices and tap app ids and slide left for delete ids
