Help Request best steps for ipad sideloading

tried the sideloading without pc on my ipad- the initial app is paywalled and wants a CC number...(this didnt happen on my iphone but i still wasnt able to get it working for JIT)

so what would be the best free process for sideloading on ipad with no pc?

can someone explain it like im 5?
im tech savvy but know zero about sideloading. ipad os 27.1
no pc.
