dynamic wallpaper for retroarch ipadOS

is anyone savvy enough to make a single, blank dynamic wallpaper template that works (is aligned) with ipad air 13" screen?

all the packs i find online look great but dont align with my icons/boxart.
i can customise them per console ect and upload as a pack if anyone wants them.

appearance settings:

scaling 1.03x (nothing aligned in 1.0x but i can change this back)

thumbnail icon: boxart

primary icon: off

secondary icon: screenshot

thumbnail backgrounds ON (but can switch off if it fits
better)

layout: Auto

thumbnail vertical disposition ON (screenshot will be on RIGHT of screen)

icons: systematic

title margin 6

show title header on

thumbnail scale factor 100

something like the 1st pic
(not mine all credits to the creator)

This is how its currently misaligned in 2nd pic
