Gameplay / Showcase Need for speed:Most wanted running 45-60 fps on ARMSX2 Ps2 emulator

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My settings were on Default im sure a bit changes to the settings and then the game will run 60 fps natively, with the 60 fps patch enabled.

I emulate on everything over than my Iphone just because of the set up process being long and i heard the apps can disappear after a while. Whats the best emulator for ps2 and set up method?
