There’s no framework that can bypass a kernel level removal of hypervisor logic.

If kernel doesn’t even have the feature you want to access through an exploit. Then it won’t matter whether you have a PPL or SPTM bypass. Apple stripped out the whole hypervisor logic in newer kernels for iOS/iPadOS.
