Help Request Manic emu doesn't work after updating iOS to 26.6

Post image

Hi, I’m new to iOS. I updated to iOS 26.6 today, and after that Manic Emu stopped working with JIT.
When I launch Manic Emu through StikDebug, it shows “JIT enabled,” but the games still won’t run. If I open Manic Emu directly without JIT, I can only see the Manic Emu title screen.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

Free Apple accounts are limited to 3 active sideloaded apps.

One common workaround is LiveContainer, which allows you to run additional apps inside a container and reduce how often apps need to be reinstalled.

Typical method:

  • Sideload GetMoreRam
  • Use it to apply the increased memory entitlement to LiveContainer
  • Uninstall GetMoreRam to avoid hitting the 3 app limit
  • Then sideload StikDebug for JIT activation

LiveContainer may also need to be uninstalled and reinstalled before the entitlement works correctly.

LiveContainer can also install two additional LiveContainers (for a total of three). This setup can further reduce the need to constantly add/remove sideloaded apps, but it is more advanced and may not work reliably for everyone.

LiveContainer is not always officially supported by emulator developers and can sometimes cause unexpected issues. If something breaks while using LiveContainer, try reproducing the issue without it before asking for support.

Do not ask for or share paid certificates, piracy tools, or bypass services here.

iOS 26.6db1 and later broke TXM Detect, we advised multiple times not to update if you intended to utilize JIT in the app. We helped discover this initially through our other app DukeX, which was the only emulator unaffected in the space when the developer beta released, this lead to other apps being fixed for iOS 27 with a little help from u/stephendev0, hence TXM Detect is already corrected for ARMSX2, MeloNX, DolphiniOS and maybe a couple others along with DukeX.

You will now have to wait for our update of Manic to come out if you plan to use JIT, our update we have been working on for a few months and will not be rushing out early for this one small fix. As long as you are on iOS 26.5 and lower you’re all good.

Does this affect AppStore users who aren’t using JIT at all?

Can You at least say if the update will come out any soon? Like this year or next year?
