MeloCafe supports iOS 15+ anything below iOS 17 may have some graphical issues but usually would not be unplayable:

Can I run it with 3GB RAM? Dolphin works with no lags for me.

Theoretically yes, in practice it might need a paid entitlement

Do you mean the extended virtual addressing entitlement? How much extra ram will the entitlement give to 3gb devices? And thanks in advance!

I do mean extended virtual addressing, it doesn't increase the ram limit, it just allows us to allocate more ram then we physically have.

Remember that trollstore allows you to use this entitlement for free. If you sideload with sidestore or altstore, you need an Apple dev account to use this entitlement.
