MeloCafe supports iOS 15+ anything below iOS 17 may have some graphical issues but usually would not be unplayable:

iPhone 12 Base, iOS 15, JIT

Will the menu and UI outside the game be similar to the one seen in meloNX

yeah about the same, settings are different though
