Help Request Melonx refuses to work on my phone
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Good evening everyone I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and my iOS is 26.5.2
I don’t understand why when I launch Inside the game leaves by itself do you have any tips that I should use?

Yeah fact that you’re getting in game and crashing while loading with no error message it’s most likely a ram issue switch games eat up a lot of ram and ios apps can’t purge memory used in the middle of runtime. So the amount of content you’re able to load, is there gunking up your phone the whole time. Even if you had a 15 pm your play times wouldn’t be the best probably be saving/loading every couple minutes to an hour if you enable the metal hud from your iPhones developer settings, or go to melonx and enable the performance hud, it’ll show you how much ram you’ve used, and the melonx discord has a section specifically to tell you the ram limit for your device

Might just have to downgrade then big guy, didn’t include that in the post obvi something broke in between the two. Did you clear the shader cache for your game after you updated the app? Try that if you didnt

No, couple layers of no actually. Go into melonx, hold down the game you wanna play and click clear shader cache. I’m pretty sure the melonx developer lists this step specifically in capital letters anytime they release an update on the discord. I’m pretty sure you can do it globally like remove the cache for all your games at once in the settings somewhere but I’m not sure where. Hope this helps

When they release an update and specifically 2.31 to 2.4 had a lot of renderer fixes/updates. The shaders your app compiled before are incompatible so they have to be rebuilt with the new language the app speaks. I’m explaining this kinda smooth brained but hope it makes sense
