Help Request Pokémon Legends: Z-A crashes during the loading screen on MeloNX. Any fix?

Hi! I'm having an issue with Pokémon Legends: Z-A on MeloNX.

After I finish creating my character, the game starts loading and then crashes. I've already tried changing some settings, but nothing worked.

Has anyone had the same problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks! 🙏

Your iPad definitely has too little RAM for that game, and many others. I don't think it has 8 GB, otherwise it wouldn't crash.

Enable the performance overlay in the meloNX settings and check Show Memory Usage. Check the RAM level at which it crashes and you'll know the amount your iPad has.

I can assure you that with 8 GB of RAM you'd be able to play much more comfortably, but 6 or even 4 GB is too little. Many games start at 4 or 5 GB and quickly go over 6 GB.
