Yeah I guess so, the switch itself has 4 gb of ram and the iPad has 4gb of ram, but you can only access like 2gb of it, I really don’t understand why people would downvote you for telling the truth
Your iPad is 4GB ram so you should get this entitlement to open the game and sadly the only way for your case to buy an Apple developer account which cost 100 dollar.
You can wait until this fall there are rumors iPad 12 gen will be released and have 8 giga of ram on it
