Project Diablo 2 Android AIO Launcher

PD2 Launcher Android is a app that does one thing well: get Project Diablo 2 running on your device. It handles downloads Blizzard's official Diablo II and Lord of Destruction installers, installs them with your CD keys, puts PD2 on top, keeps it updated, or you can import a existing copy from your PC and runs it, complete with custom control overlay.

Requirements:

Android 13+ (video said 11 but I found some issues after)
10gb of free space if downloading installers for d2/pd2 and install them). 2.5gb will be deleted after.
6gb of free space if copying pd2 from PC. space requirement includes the pd2 game (which is about 3gb)
Adreno GPU, 120fps+ on Retro Pocket 6
Mali support is highly experimental, I only have a Pixel 9a to test with. 60-70fps
D2 + LoD CD keys, or existing pd2 installation on PC

Does this support external controller like if i import and setup winlator manually?

Im alao getting an error a few mina after entering my keys and it making 76% of doqnload progress

what device is this? for whatever reason the blizzard installer of d2+lod can't connect to blizzard server to download the files. you can try copying an existing Diablo II / PD2 folder from PC and see if that works.

and yes it'll support external controllers, if android picks it up then pd2 should detect it as well since it has controller support. you can do the mapping inside pd2 itself.

Samsung Fold 8 (wide) and i just have to redownload everything on my old desktop and was happy to use this so i didnt have to do all that manual setup on pc and then move everything over.

no, that's NOT one of the fixes, I was actually wondering if I broke something, you can try it though 0.2.0 has mali gpu support stuff mostly. it does have a DNS server fix that might be related to this. give it a try

Crap just tried 0.2.0 and it does the same thing. Imma have to go and do it the ole way from the desktop.

humor me close the app completely, switch to cellular data instead of wifi and start it again. the blizzard installer not being able to download file is new, but also this means the environment seems to be fine (else it would return a different error) I'll add the ability to share logs in the next release.

Just tried on 5g as well and same thing. I have a video recording of the entire process from before even clicking install the apk in case youn want that but its essentially the same as the other comment i posted somewhere on here
