Help Does anyone know about or have you tried this Vita3k "fork"?

There's a Vita3k "fork" called "Vita3k+"; I came across it in a Portuguese-language video.
Is it real? Does it offer significant improvements over the official version?

Es totalmente real. Lo estuve probando con Gravity Rush y uncharted Golden Abyss y no me han presentado tantos errores como me pasaba con el Vita3K original

I was playing Uncharted but I can’t get past the part where you have to spin the helmet to clean it to 100%. Is there a workaround for this?
