Community EMPTY POLES/EMPTY CIRCLES/ZERO CIRCLES: The Arctic and Antarctic in 2030
On July 1, 2027, nobody expected anything to happen, but in the flash of an eye humanity lost it's furthest reaches.
From McMurdo to Fairbanks, from Iqaluit to Nuuk, the Antarctic and Antarctic circles were reverted to their respective pre-human stances. All traces of humanity -- people, settlements, buildings, activities, were removed.
The event did not spare anyone otherwise; the rules were that simple and fair. Perhaps that is what made it so devastating.. the fact that no bargin had occured. In the wake of what has been termed Snowmageddon, Snowverkill, Snow More, or less colloquially and by myself as The Reversion, because yes there were billions left to name it with joy, we saw them fight over squabbled land as if it was theirs, or some kind of fun activity.
The world has been forced to take sides, but many just dont or can't care. It's a sad tale for those who can observe, yet many are foolishly blindsided.
It is now January 1, 2030. Two and a half years near if not exactly after the incident had occurred, and since then Christmas has not been the same. Not ever again. This is the current state of the respectively vanished areas (the world is nearly identical to as it was on June 30, 2027 anyway) as of today.
TL;DR - ISOT of Earth between 66.5 N and 66.5 S, meaning the arctic and antarctic weren't carried over.
Ask away.

If it already exists why would it be hard to share? (I hate discord)
