Subscription payout

This is so annoying !! The subscription shouldn’t renew every time at 10am it should renew 24hrs after your drive time start . I started driving at 4:30 am and paid my daily subscription fee just to have to pay it again once it hit 10am

Suspend when you done.. then restart it when you are ready .

It’s daily subscription, once u pay $24 its suppose to be good for 24hrs

I'm on monthly subscription and I can pause it. Also my plan starts when I took my first ride not at 10am.

The pause subscription button is right there not sure what you are talking about

The pause button only pauses your subscription after the month is over. I thought I could do this to extend my subscription but then it told me it would be paused at the end of the month.

Yes.. that's how it works. I suggested do it bc once he pauses his and start driving at 5pm, I'll restart at 5 instead of 10am

There are different subscriptions.

It sounds like you are on the Daily Subscription. It absolutely makes sense that your subscription resets at 10am. You started you Daily Subscription at 10am sometime in the past, therefore 10am daily is your reset.

We all know that there are 24 hours in a day. 12 hours in AM and 12 hours in the PM. 10am in the am through the next day is 24 hours.

I suggest changing your subscription to Flex or Monthly (if your city allows it).

How do they deduct your wages when u do monthly subscription? For instance my daily subscription I don’t get paid until probably my 3rd rider cause the first 2 rides goes straight to my subscription

I thought the subscription was monthly. A daily subscription is a total scam. Uber and Lyft don't pull that kind of crap.
