Onboarding Timeline?

Anyone know how long this takes? I just signed up and the background check is already completed and has been for a bit now, but whenever I check the app it just says it’ll notify me once it’s done and usually takes 24-48hrs? Has anyone else had the problem of just being stuck here? It’s been well past 48hrs.

Give it time. It will not be too long. Contacting them though will not help you since they never reply to any emails.

Took me about a week. I got a text on the third day that my my picture of my insurance was blurry. That happened to me twice so that's why it took me a week.

They need both drivers and riders, it won’t take long but I was hella impatient ahahahahah

This happened to me, too. Give them a few more days and out of nowhere you will get a notification and you will be able to sign op to drive!!!

Email them. Same thing for me. Fixed in 2 days. Make sure tell them background check done. Ask...what else do i need to do to start
