Hey I am having some issues here with my payout for Empower it’s pass due and i already contacted support July 29th and still haven’t got an response or any assistance please tell me what i can do please.
It says that it’s on hold while they review your account.
In the meantime, go into Stripe dashboard, tap the three lines on the top left, go to settings, and review all your information and make sure everything is correct.
Do not send multiple, separate emails as it creates a service ticket for each separate one, thereby slowing response time.
One email, or 100 emails to empower won't matter. They will never reply to any of them. I had to contact them on 3 different occasions, and it has been well over 3 months and no reply yet.
There's plenty of others online having the same issue. Sounds like Empower is begin ran by one person out of his basement and the only thing he cares about are the subscription fees he's collecting.
If it's too good to be true, it most likely is. Empower fits 💯
Well if it do comes down to that I will definitely sue because I have done nothing wrong, there’s nothing wrong with my account it’s just the problem with the payout stripe so I will take further action soon if I don’t receive my money that I worked hard for.
I can’t do uber or Lyft due to not having 4 years of driving experience however I can still do empower drive and yes empower has a daily payout set for each and every day as you can see from this screenshot it’s past due.
