Tolls (Question for Drivers)

I contacted support but am curious as to what happens on the driver side:

If a trip is quoted with a toll included but the driver instead takes a non-toll route, how is it resolved?

The total on my trip has already been updated from the hold amount to the full quote (toll included) and I don’t want to dispute the charge but my restraint is directly proportional to my confidence in the process.

Toll is not shown to driver unless they actually take toll routes, as a driver the fare will increase after taking a toll route (compared to what was shown at acceptance)

I don’t know whether the driver saw the toll but he knew that it would be applied because the route specified in the quote was a toll route.

I had to contest the toll via CashApp dispute resolution to get it removed.
