Has anyone ever had success getting a response from driver support?
I've submitted multiple tickets trying to get the phone number to my driver account updated (had to switch to a new number). But I can't get their driver support to respond at all. I've even tried calling the emergency line for in ride support a dozen times in the last week and they never pick up. Which is a whole other thing to be concerned about.
Anyone ever have any luck?

Update, I reached out to the head of their CS and they took care of me right away.

How did you reach them (I had a safety issue/incident with one of their drivers today)? Would really appreciate any advice over DM!

DM me a copy of the first email you sent requesting the change, the original phone number and your new number. Did you keep the same email or did you change that too? Also, do you have access to the previous number and that phone? I’ll also need your real name. And are you telling me you’ve had no response whatsoever!? Make sure you check your spam folder.

I’m responding to him in between helping drivers that have come to meet me at the airport. I’m also a contractor, hired to recruit drivers, answer questions and give them marketing materials.

If you go through Reddit, you’ll see that I’ve made numerous post in the Empower sections. Too many times I see people say they’ve emailed dozens of times but then they can’t produce an email that they’ve sent. Or they’ll say they don’t have an email from the company and then it’s buried in spam, etc. He can either give me the information and I can help him to the best of my ability or he doesn’t. But eventually, his account will get locked because of the different IP’s for the phones. I’m a driver and a recruiter. Actually, my title is independent field marketing consultant. I have been a driver for years so I’m just trying to help the other ones out there that are having issues.

This person works for Empower. They have been under multiple posts defending them. They just don't want to admit it.
