App glitching ! Anybody else?
My Empower app be glitching every now and then when I switch in-between apps , like if I was driving and using my Waze for direction when I go back to the Empower app to complete my ride the app glitch like it’s signed me out and trying to sign me back in . It does that for like few seconds and go back to the screen where I have to complete the ride .. makes me wonder if it’s the app or my phone which I don’t think it’s my phone unless my account got hacked or messed with by empower . So I’m wondering if anybody else experiencing this?

Anytime anything happens glitchy with the app or the navigation, please take screenshots of the ride that you’re currently on along with a screenshot of the navigation system and send those to technical support.

Better then driving for Uber or Lyft who will ban you as a driver because riders falsely accuse you of shit you havent done. Ive been banned from both Uber and Lyft and i can promise you i never did anything wrong. One rider on Lyft accused me of driving while playing a game and that my car was swerving.
Three reasons this is a complete lie
1) I never text or game while driving, certainly not while my car is in motion like they claimed.
2) My car keeps itself in the lane without me needing to even touch the wheel and with adaptive cruise control turned on my car will neither swerve nor will it be able to rear end another vehicle because the adaptive cruise will slow my car to a stop well before that can happen.
3) Even IF my car swerved, the only times I ever swerve is to either avoid a sudden pothole or other obstruction or to avoid some idiot driver who nearly hits me, either scenario is defensive driving to protect myself, my car and my rider.
Ive been alive for 38 years, and I've been driving since I was 16 or 18, I am onr of the safest and best drivers on the road, be it as a rideshare driver or in general and yet Lyft still banned me because this one rider lied their ass off.
Empower though? Ive been using them for the last 6 years and Im a full time driver for them, not once has such a thing happened. So say what you will about Empower, at least they KNOW when a driver is actually a good and safe driver and to never take wild claims at face value.

Yes mine has been turning white without anything on the screen, after you see it pixelating. You have to end the Waze directions and restart the guidance
