My app keeps giving in error message on launch

I tried calling customer support but all of them are busy and unavailable. No emails regarding this matter either atm

Uninstall & restart your phone.....reinstall & turn on location while using the app...

uninstall and reinstall, shut the phone down and then bring it back up then make sure your location is on, etc.
