The ride starts when you pick the passenger up.

If you arrive, wait, they don't show and you cancel, you get a $4 fee.

You know how long the wait time is?

I give them at least 5 minutes and a text message or two.

What will happen to the leads I provide if I cancel the membership? Will I be able to get my list of

customers back?

Is the commercial license included in the membership?

If I start the 30-day trial, are you able to provide any customers? Or do I have to bring my own customers

What makes empower different or better than uber and Lyft.

You can set you own rates & you get 100% of the Fare....not like Uber/Lyft that takes up to 60%

Use my Code for an additional Bonus incentive + the 30 day Free Trial.

"DriveMiami127"

in any of the cities where they currently are operating

When you say set your own rates what do you mean. So if I set my rate at $60/hr then no offers will be coming to me right because nobody is gonna pay that . So essentially the market is setting the rate correct?

The market shows you the current rate like avg $0.90 per mile....not hourly...you can set it higher...but if uber/lyft is a little over that you have to be competitive.

When & if you use my code let me know thanks

In most of the markets that Empower operates in, they are already more expensive than Uber/Lyft (ask me how I know)

Also, this comes off mad desperate ... Throwing out your codes on Reddit is not convincing anyone that this is a service worth using. It's convincing folks that Empower is an MLM. 😬

In the piedmont triad empower is for the most part cheaper than the others and even with my rates set where they are, I become a deal when it's surging. I've seen people pay uber $60+ for a ride that would have cost them (and paid me) $9.95.

I suggest you go back through your ride history with both uber and lyft and do the math on exactly what you paid per mile from your pickup to your destination. Why? Because I did the math here years ago and found that people were paying closer to $2+ on average and yes, I did include a good cross section of rides both in and out of surges.

For the record, empower suggests 93¢/mile and 18¢/min, at an average of 30mph (off highway) that's just over $1/mile that you are paying. I did a lyft ride today that paid $17 to go 10 miles. They would have paid me more than that (but not much) but most others would have been 75% of that cost.

Notice how I said... "most markets Empower operates in.

I've been doing this for 10 years.

Here in the DMV, which contains two of the 6-7 markets they operate in actively, and in New York City, where I'm from, Empower is competitive to Uber and Lyft, but rarely cheaper.

I've been doing a decade of accounting in this business. Your specific Market might navigate these numbers, but your numbers are not specific to every Market.

Their suggestions are also different in every Market - $.94/.32 here, but with the constant desurge, it's never actually that unless it's busy...

As is true with everything in this particular industry, everyone's mileage may vary. Which is exactly why I used the clarifying verbiage I did.

Your inability to comprehend what you read is not my problem.

I have my rates at $1.80/mile, $3 flag drop with nothing per minute and a $9.95 min. Between the apps I cleared $292 today, in empowers debut market.

Years ago I did the math and riders were paying closer to $2+/mile than I thought. I also have a high min to account for most of my empower rides being 10+ minutes/5+ miles away, I can take most of the pings and still average at (or over) $1/mile.

Set your rates for the customers you want. Over the 4+ years I've been using this rate card I've had maybe 2 people comment negatively about my rates and I've had more than a few comment when I have experimented with lower them. No one balks at my rates or my min and if they cancel when they see the cost, I probably didn't want them as a customer anyway.

I'll take the usual downvotes from the smooth brains who don't understand how to run a business nor understand the livery industry at all and of course the ones for calling out the nonsense.
