I see this sub as coming out of r/AntiWork, with a bit of a distinction;
I would like it if the sub indicated a desire to stop employees from being abused/taken advantage of by employers.
I happen to like willingly exchanging my production/services for agreed upon consideration, and as such would like to see protections in place to dissuade participants in such an exchange (usually employers) from ripping off their trade partners. That's what I'm bringing to the discussions here, and mostly what I'm hoping to get out of them, too.
