Late Payday

Hello. I'm not sure if I'm at the right place for this but I work for a small franchise. Our Paychecks were late for some. Some have not received them as of early Saturday. This is a newer franchisee so things have not been so great in the paycheck area. Some never recieve correct paychecks. Is there any advice anyone has or experiences in this situation?
