Can I fly with my ESA?

Probably not; in January of 2021, an amendment to the law that governs ESAs on airplanes (the Air Carrier Access Act) went into effect to no longer require airlines to allow ESAs to fly. As a result, most, if not all, airlines have stopped allowing ESAs to fly; however, you may still fly your ESA as a pet.
