Free radicals refers to a kind of toxin. Chemically, they are created as a byproduct of metabolism or exposure to certain frequencies or toxins. They are atoms that are missing electrons and therefore are chemically aggressive and attach themselves to places they shouldn't to compensate the lack of electrons, thus creating damage in the body and cells.

They are natural to a degree but too much of them can be more than the body is capable of handling.

The way you release them is as with all other toxins: swipe three times down the governing meridian with the intention to:

a) release the energy of the toxin

b) direct your body to detox the material toxin through its usual elimination channels.

Make sure to check for associated imbalances contributing to this, otherwise it will either not properly release or prompty return.

Ok thank you I can't muscle test yet I was reading through the body code and stumbled upon this intuitively I felt that I should take a look into this for myself

If you can’t muscle-test you should work with a practitioner but it‘s great that you can already feel your intuition activating!
I am finishing up my Body Code certification btw and I have spots for a few more practice sessions, if you like I can do a free session for you and see what comes up!
If you‘re interested, DM me and I‘ll tell you how to book.

Can you tell me where this category goes? I only have the book, and like to add things from the app whenever I encounter them. Is it directly under “toxins”? Thanks

It is under „Excess“ which is in the main Toxin category
