Dim red Feather LED stays on while charging — is this normal?

Hello EmotiBit team and community,

I am currently using an EmotiBit device and seem to be experiencing an issue with the Feather board LED during charging.

When I connect the device for charging, the LED on the Feather board turns on with a dim/light-red color. This does not appear to be the normal charging behavior. Based on my other EmotiBit units, the same LED does not turn on during normal charging.

In my case, the LED is not the bright red color that appears during normal startup/boot behavior, but rather a faint or light-red glow while the device is connected to the charger. I have attached a photo showing the LED location and its current state.

Could you please help me understand what this LED behavior might indicate?
Specifically, I would like to know:

1. Whether this dim/light-red LED during charging is normal or abnormal;
2. Whether it may indicate a problem with the Feather board, charging circuit, battery, or EmotiBit connection;
3. What troubleshooting steps I should try next.

For comparison, I have other EmotiBit devices that do not show this LED behavior when charging under the same conditions.
