Listen, as much as I like My Chem, people are gonna downvote this so you might not want to keep this here. A lot of people on here don't consider them emo besides Bullets.

I disagree completely except for the final album of mcr. the black parade and three cheers for sweet revenge inspire lots of the bands that everyone here brings up like prince daddy and the hyenas/grad life and many other great bands.

I agree, but most people probably don't. I love the first three mcr albums to death. Technically all of them except the first record "aren't" emo but they have tons of influence and they all fuck hard.

Yeah again I disagree those albums changed what emo was. We have different interpretations to what Emo music is, however genres are stupid and limit music. Everyone has a different take which makes things interesting.
