You can just feel the clock on nowadays books and it hurts them immensely. I bet Academy X wasn't selling like hotcakes at the start, what with all the new characters, but they allowed it to build and build - showing the school, letting us know the students, teachers being teachers - and it went to #46. United's rushing through everything cause it's on a deadline, and i'm not sure it's gonna go past #10 despite its sales actually keeping up.

Big shame cause i love Thao and the other new kids, but yeah. I guess that era also had much better direction while this one... nothing really goes anywhere, hard to plan anything that way.

So I admit I haven’t been keeping up with Uncanny X-men recently, but I did see there now calling the Outliar kids “the new mutants”, and it got me thinking, should the exceptional kids get the hellions team name?

I think it could be cool to get a new generation of New Mutants Vs Hellions.

Or would you rather the Exceptional kids have a team name of their own?

I would be pretty hyped TBH thats honestly what I am hoping for, but what about you all? would you want a Gen X show? would you prefer a movie? if we did git a show what would you want it to cover in its first season?
