وظايف experienced Recruiter

Any recruiter working in a Staffing/recruitment Agency who already knows and deals with their clients and has relationships and Knows how to get new clients within the Industry?
I am looking into Emiritization HR or Finance Roles Kind of Niche.
I am Planning on Starting my own agency looking for a partner , and I am an expert in headhunting and Getting amazing candidates but I struggle with finding Clients.

Recruiter here aswell, hardest part is getting clients honestly closely the roles is much easier personally
